Tui in Pohutukawa

from $55.00

Created originally in black ink pen by Maria Elizabeth.

"I love Wellington in the summer. Nature is lit up with the red blooms of the New Zealand native tree: the Pohutukawa. Tuis are commonly found feasting upon the nectar from these brightly coloured flowers. With this illustration I knew immediately that I wanted to create something that not only featured this iconic tree but also arguably one of New Zealand's most recognisable birds, the Tui."

All prints are reproduced on Archival paper, matched as close as possible to the original drawing, giving the look of original art without the price tag.

Each print is signed by Maria.

All prints are unframed, framed photos are an indication of how you could display the illustration.
